Brought computer into shop to see if it would be possible to repair as I was getting only blank screen. Computer did attempt to boot in safe mode but never completely. I, foolishly had not made backups of my files. Rob checked it out was able to download backup files but computer hard was dying. Fortunately he had a compatible hard drive and installed it. I now have a perfectly operating computer. About a week later I thought I had again a problem in my document files and called Rob, he really made me feel good when he not only fixed it over the phone, but also reassured me it was not something I had caused. Only a problem with an automatic update ad he charged no fee for this. I am extremely pleased with the service, speed and support. He remotely got into my computer and brought back all of the missing information that was lost. I had a power outage and he was able to do everything from his office.
He explained it as he was doing it and as I was watching. And he did it in a clear and concise manner,I even recommended him to my daughter and he took care of her problem also. I would give him a double A if I could I was very pleased with Rob Marlowe. He goes by 15 min increments and he charges 75 dollars an hour and I was on there with him for a half an hour. He tries to stay within a time frame so that you are not charged for the next increment. — Cheryl
